Ask Maggie a question
How is client access separated?

CoreIQ supports client-specific containers and tenant-scoped backend access. Within a deployment, information can also be restricted by company, employee, and collection. We configure and validate the relevant boundaries for your workflow.

Can it connect to our software and SSO?

CoreIQ has PrismHR and Microsoft Entra identity flows. We assess your application, identity provider, and source systems to determine what can use existing integrations and what requires development.

Where does our information go?

It depends on the deployment and integration. Live tools can query source systems without duplicating the source database. Retrieved information may be processed by backend services and a model provider; uploaded knowledge is indexed. We map processing and storage locations before rollout.

Can our team host or maintain the platform?

Customer-hosted deployment and source-code licensing are options to discuss. We define the environment, operating responsibilities, modification rights, updates, and support terms as part of the offer.

How does CoreIQ fit with our existing AI tools?
